| This is the second year running when there's been extra bank holidays and I haven't had a job to get the day off from.

| I worked the last years for double time.
Don't have the option to do that in my current temping role. |

| After a severe bollocking from my diabetic nurse this week and a doubling of my medications I've picked the 1st June as the day to turn my health around and severely limit my food and drink intake. Later today my two stepsons and their girls arrive for a weekends party culminating with a big beach party at Perranporth for both our extended families to coincide with my wifes birthday. I'm banking on Gin and slimline tonic, bloody marys or brandy and diet coke to numb the pain of seeing everybody tucking into my extensive stock of St Austell Brewery products.
This is the big challenge to find where my willpower has been hiding all my life.
Ah well, back to hanging the bunting out. |

| five days here for me! last week, should have been bank holiday, but wasnt= 25 degrees, this week = 11 degrees, should have put money on that one.
