Little and Large

At the end of today's match we had Joe Lennox and Steve Fletcher on the pitch. Lennox is the smallest player I can remember and Fletcher must be the tallest. Is this true? Have we ever had either a shorter or taller player in the same team? Is their difference in height the biggest bewteen any two players that we have ever had? I hope somebody got a photograph of them together.

Unfortunately I can remember Harry Penk now he was small and I guess someone like Reg Wyatt was in the same team so that would be a little and large candidate.

Kevin Nugent and Dwight Marshall always looked funny together, but probably not as much as Lennox and Fletcher.

Mark Sale (6'5") and Dwight Marshall (5'7") played together. He also played with Earl Jean but when I looked up his height, it says he was taller then Dwight! Can't quite believe it.

I thought Earl Jean was about 5'4", but wiki says he was 5'8". Another football stats website has him at 5'5". He's on facebook if anyone wants to befriend him and ask?

I thought he was that short as well. When ever I met him he seemed shorter. Can't even trust my own perception now...

I wouldn't trust Wikipedia, pesky people are always altering stuff on there.
