The corrupt Pasoti mods are panicking because more and more people are asking awkward questions. And it is clear from the responses of Ponty and Postey they don't have the answers nor do they have the ability to answer questions in a civil manner.

The remaining honest mods need to take control of that site and get rid of the corruption. There are mods there more interested in defending their mate then doing their job and moderating. They are causing massive damage to the remaining credibility of the site.

Anything other then a life ban for Newell is a cover up. Does anyone really think that his Flickr account was the last of it? What has he got stored away elsewhere?

The whole online community is now aware of the webb of deceit, hypocrisy, bullying and possible illegality, perpetrated by members of the ruling elite and their poodles.

They are now stuck between a rock and a hard place. If there are any good guys, with nothing to hide, they need to come clean now.

I doubt that will happen though because if members of the gang are exposed and expelled, they will undoubtedy blow the whistle on others in return.

Unless this is done, Pasoti will never again have any credibility.

Big on buckets, hollow as a drum on honesty and integrity.

Really, close it down? Because of the actions of a few posters they will close the site down? They just need to have a "tidy up" and get some clearly defined rules and a fairer system of moderation. It's not completely broken and you get the feeling it will come out better for it in the end? They have to learn the lessons though that is clear!

Getting rid of the stench is something completely different.

Nothing will change with the likes of Ponty and Postey (Hi Postey I know you love to read my work on here) running the shop, I wonder how change will be possible with the owner of the site obviously having a lot of clout still. IJN is still reading the site but on the whole not posting, I am however as suspicious as others about the identity of Florrie Lindley. As for all this "lets move on it's only a football website shit," it ceased just being a football site when the politicking and shit stirring and backstabbing started. The fact that a mod on pasoti was actually trying to de stabilise the trust using fake identities should be enough to discuss for the next year at least. If Leigh Rapson doesn't want to talk about all that fine, I'm not making him. And the reason (this is to Postey) that we all "slink" off to ATD to comment on pasoti is because you lock threads over there depriving us of our voice.

Mainly waffle about the DPA. It does seem the mods will have to be a bit more careful amongst themselves and hopefully will not now in future abuse the one posting account, one modding account rule. At this stage there is absolutely no mention of any sanction against the person responsible not only for this whole sorry episode but other breaches of rules in the past. If he is allowed to carry on regardless and everything is swept under the carpet then there should be a total amnesty for all banned posters and a clean start made. The trickle of posters joining ATD has become a stream, maybe they want it to become a torrent?

It's not the system that is broken. It is the people using it.

Pasoti went through all this rubbish with Baba years ago. Nothing has changed. Back then they promised to clean up their act. They didn't. It looks to be twice as bad now.
