Steve Evans leaves Crawley Town

League Two Rotherham United appoint Crawley Town boss Steve Evans as their new manager.

That's some meltdown at Crawley. Maybe the mystery backers and financiers had enough after the recent melee and suspensions. Doesn't make sense else for a side pushing for promotion.

Have Rotherham been made to pay a penance or something........there fans will love him....not a lot.

Just heard Evans on 5 Live.

The Rotherham job was too good an opportunity to turn down.
Wanted a move back up north.
New stadium next season, the club have a bigger budget and fan base.

Got the impression Crawley as a club didnt have the same ambitions as Evans, Championship talk for Rotherham.
