| Pompey will turn us over big time. Can see a repeat of the first 55 minutes against PNE but this time there will be no comeback. Just far too many key players missing. Rooney will bring in the U18s again so it will be quite literally men against boys.
Argo 0-4 Pompey |

| A "must win" game. Which every game between now and Christmas will be Truth is, if we can't beat the side bottom of the league, we might as well pack it in now and resign ourselves to playing Exeter City next season. |

| Im afraid it’s a win at all cost I hate the pun but if there ever is a 6 pointer this is it We’re in trouble as it is but lose tonight and we’re in serious shit what with the injuries & also certain players that are just crap we could cement our place in the relegation zone for the rest of the season we lose tonight ! Keep having visions it’s only a matter of time before we become last seasons Rotherham if nothing ain’t done and soon …best we can possibly hope for is a 1-1 draw |

| Bad result tonight and Hallett will have to act quickly or Shrewsbury will have first pick of available managers.
I believe there's some good names on the list as well as Lowe, Schuey and Foster. |

They know they'll see Plenty of goals at Argyle games, with the added bonus of seeing an England legend embarrassed. Don't moan about the kick off time either, the way we have been playing recently we kick off every 20 minutes! |

| Pompey goal disallowed. Jeez we are getting totally outplayed. It's another PNE type horror show. |

| We are utter dogshit. Clueless. It's not all Rooney's fault but he has to go and someone brought in who can at least organise the team better and make us more of a better drilled and more cohesive unit. This is totally unacceptable. Hallett also bears massive responsibility for the mess we are in. |

| Daylight robbery by Argyle!
But lets not get carried away. All we have done is fluke a result against the worst team in the Division.
I think we will be lucky to stay out of the bottom three until Christmas. |

| First half hour was very dodgy but Pompey didn't take their chances and paid the penalty. Good finish from Oba, bit of a Barry Hayles type of goal-thought the subs made a huge difference when they came on, Pompey were never going to score in the last half hour and truthfully they look to be in trouble. Argyle do annoy at times with the bad first touch and control, they put themselves in so much trouble sometimes and will need to step up several notches at Derby. Big win though, not the best performance by any means but at least the home record is standing up. |

I think we will be lucky to stay out of the bottom three until Christmas. Nobody's getting carried away but by the same token some of us do acknowledge that the home record is pretty darned good, which would appear to be beyond your compass. The results and performances against Sunderland [no fluke against the league leaders],Luton and Blackburn were excellent and being totally fair about it to win a massive game tonight without Cissoko, Galloway, Edwards, Randell and Gibson has it's merits. |

Indeed, dear boy. I'm confident that SH will come up with the right sort of investors soon and Rooney will have been a major factor in getting it done. |

I appreciate that the home form is good but we will likely need 33 points to achieve the low target of 48 for avoiding relegation. Given that we lost 0-5 to the team that was bottom of the League at the time and had a record low number of shots (ie NONE) in the last away game, it would seem that we will need to win 10 or 11 of our remaining home games to have a chance of avoiding relegation. I doubt that even the most ardent green tint would say that's possible after last night's display |

So. if some generous sole sinks £ X million into Argyle, will that be because it's a good investment or because England's Most Capped is the Manager? And if it's the latter, does that make WR unsackable? |
