All the details ahead of United v Argyle (27/07/24 3pm KO)
With our sell-out pre-season friendly against Plymouth Argyle now less than 24 hours away, excitement levels are continuing to build in and around Plainmoor.
Ahead of the big Devon Derby, we’re providing the following advice to all supporters who will be attending tomorrow.
Ticketing Information
Unfortunately there are absolutely NO tickets left remaining for home or away fans, so please do not travel if you have not purchased a ticket. Supporters who have already purchased a ticket are advised to ensure they have their ticket ready in order to gain entry via the scanners at the turnstiles, either by way of physical print-out, or via mobile device.
Ticket Office Open For Collections Only
Although no Plymouth match tickets are available for sale, our Matchday Ticket Office behind Plainmoor Swimming Pool will be open for the collection of Match Tickets & Season Tickets, with advance sales of Exeter City tickets and our first three National League South fixtures also available for purchase.
Get There Early!
With around 6,000 fans descending on the home of Torquay United, supporters are being advised to get to the ground as early as possible to avoid queues at the stadium, and to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the early action! Turnstiles will be opening at 1.15pm to allow both sets of fans into the stadium.
Limited Parking At Plainmoor
Matchdays at Plainmoor can sometimes be a challenge for those looking for the best parking spots close to the ground, and with a bumper crowd in attendance likely to result in even fewer spaces on surrounding rounds around Plainmoor, fans of both clubs are being advised to consider the option of using local transport where possible. Further information regarding bus, train and taxi options are available HERE.
Club Shop
If you’ve not paid it a visit yet, our new-look VX3 Official Store at Plainmoor will be open from midday, providing the Yellow Army – and maybe even a few Pilgrims – the chance to pick some exclusive TUFC merchandise!
Food & Drink At Plainmoor
As well as the usual snack bars located around the stadium, we have a number of options for home & away supporters to remain suitably refreshed ahead of the pre-season action on the hallowed Plainmoor turf:
Boots & Laces will be open to both HOME & AWAY fans, and will be opening its doors from MIDDAY
The Gulls Nest will be open to supporters with tickets in the FAMILY STAND & BRISTOW’S BENCH only for this fixture, and will be open from 11.30AM
A new addition will see an AWAY BAR open behind the Wollens Terrace, ready to serve visiting Pilgrims supporters upon entry.
We look forward to welcoming you all tomorrow, for what is sure to be a very special afternoon at Plainmoor.
Thanks for your support!
