Plymouth Argyle are reported to be among four Championship clubs who are looking to sign Aberdeen midfielder Connor Barron, as well as Rangers and Italian Serie A side Hellas Verona.
The 21-year-old is set to make a decision on his future next week, according to Scott Burns of the Daily Record, who stated that Barron's contract with Aberdeen 'is set to expire and he can move outside of Scotland for just over £500,000 in training compensation.'
Barron graduated from Aberdeen's academy into their first team and has gone on to make a total of 57 starts and 19 substitute appearances, and scored two goals.
