Four Argyle players are set to head out on international duty during June.
Ben Waine has been called up to the New Zealand squad for their upcoming OFC Men’s Nations Cup campaign.
The competition, Oceania’s primary international tournament, has been won by the All Whites five times. The last edition, scheduled for 2020, was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, meaning Waine’s side are looking to defend the title they won eight years ago.
New Zealand have been drawn into Group A with New Caledonia, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu, who are co-hosting the tournament with Fiji.
The OFC Men’s Nations Cup runs from 15 - 30 June.
Brendan Galloway is in the Zimbabwe squad as they continue their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign.
After draws with Nigeria and Rwanda, the Warriors are fifth in Group C, only two points off first place. The winners of each group advance directly to the World Cup finals, while four of the second-place sides will compete for the chance to play in the inter-confederation play-offs.
Zimbabwe will take on Lesotho in Johannesburg on Friday, 7 June, before facing South Africa in Bloemfontein on Tuesday, 11 June.
Mustapha Bundu will be hoping to add to his 14 Sierra Leone caps as he also prepares for a pair of World Cup qualifiers.
The Leone Stars face Djibouti on Wednesday, 5 June in El Jadida, Morocco, before a trip to Mali’s capital, Bamako, to take on Burkina Faso on Monday, 10 June.
Sierra Leone are fourth in Group A, after a draw with Ethiopia and a loss to Egypt in their last set of qualifiers.
Goalkeeper Conor Hazard has been selected for the Northern Ireland squad for a pair of friendlies in preparation for the next UEFA Nations League campaign, which starts in September.
Michael O’Neill’s side travel to Mallorca for a first meeting with Spain in 17 years, on Saturday, 8 June, before playing Andorra three days later.
