Harry Catterick and Howard Kendall would have been good but they're both dead unfortunately. How about Joe Royle?

Simon 'property not players' Hallett is partly to blame. But I also hope Stoke continue their shite form and schumacher is sacked before the end of February.

I think this is worse than how Ryan left. We all knew he was going like ryan to leave at the first attempt. Difference being Ryan made no secret he wanted to manage in the championship and took it. This guy did a holloway when he was asked about being linked to Sunderland and stating he had it all here only to go accept STOKE! thats what will stick in the fans memory. Good times had by all winning league one even if it was gifted to us despite how many times we almost balls it up with silly results and having ipswich and wednesday fall of the preach that allowed us to sneak it. But hes another snake.

it will be interesting to see how he does cause if he thinks stoke board are going to be forgiving of him if he hasnt got them in the playoffs or near it at least this season or starts next brightly he and his pals will be out of a job quicker than a rabbit gets screwed.

Yeah this, I honestly believed him to have integrity and would be here for the long haul.

And schumacher hasn't finished with screwing Argo over yet. Still have the nightmare of the January window when the **** will come in for Morgs and no doubt will also be in contact with Villa for Finn. There is no level playing field in this poxy division with wealthy clubs able to completely destabilise rival clubs.

that i can be confident wont happen as our board would have told stoke as part of the compensation package they wont be entertaining bids from them for their players till the summer at least. Azaz is a different matter if he has a recall clause in his contract then there is nothing stopping him approaching villa unless we too go in for him.

Not to say he wont have a crack at a few in the summer regardless to what league we are in but we all thought Lowe would raid the club when he went to Preston and he didnt.  Stoke arent know for being big spenders anyways so Schuey is in for a shock if he thinks he will be getting vast amounts in january and the summer without moving players on too,

Similar rumours when Lowe left-he was deffo going to buy Mayor etc.

stoke's owners despite having the money are not know for giving the money to managers and i dint see them changing now they have schumacher. Schuey will have to work wiith what hes given and get results quick as the pressure will be on him like never before,
