| Great chance to cement our lead with a visit to Steve Cotterills stumbling Shrews. The Latin name for Shrew is Sorex araneus which almost sounds like a rude word fnar fnar. The tiny but tenacious vermin have not been having a good time of lately,
15/04/23: D Shrewsbury 1 -1 Portsmouth. 10/04/23: L Barnsley 2 – 1 Shrewsbury. 07/04/23: L Shrewsbury 0 – 3 Peterborough. 01/04/23: L Charlton 6 – 0 Shrewsbury. 18/03/23: L Ipswich 2 – 0 Shrewsbury. 11/03/23: W Shrewsbury 3 – 1 Morecambe.
Last win back in March against a terrible Morecombe side. Cotterill has subsided into bribery of late offering anyone who scores in a match a free go on his daughter a ploy used by Brent a few times although sadly he had no takers. Argyle must be on a bit of a high after the win over the Geeks and seeing Particularly Ennis and Rands back to fitness to bolster our injury ridden squad and give Schuey another chance to totally break up a winning team with a load of mazy changes. Play well, play badly, we don't care just bring home all 3 pts please. Shrews 1 Argyle 3 Ennis, Cosgrove and Hardie. |

| Agreed, we should have enough against a team full of injuries and in poor form, but this is argyle |

| Injuries and poor form could be talking about either team Les. |

| Just gotta win basically, hopefully 3 pts in the bag. Ipswich home to Port Vale. Wednesday have a tough one at Bristol Rovers, while Barnsley away at so-so Lincoln City. Surely points dropped in one, or more of those three. |

There’s more chance of me buying a ‘I love Pasoti’ t-shirt, than Vale getting anything at Ipswich. |

| Just 3 points please. I don't care if it's ugly as hell. I've had enough of this dog shit league. The sooner we can get to the Championship, the sooner we can put in a bid for MK Dons ground before they go into admin in July. What a site repainted in green and white that'll be at Brickfields, over looking the sound! Magnificent. |

| we need to leave shrewsbury with all 3 points tonight even if they have to be won ugly. Cant afford anymore slip ups and the players need to turn up also. |

| Vale are doing a ‘Wednesday’ at the minute. No win in last 7, and if Cambridge (who occupy the last relegation spot) win their game in hand, they’ll be three points behind Vale.
The last thing we need is Vale getting sucked into the relegation fight…and needing something against us on the last day. |

| Mathematically Shrews could still make the play-offs! Clearly in reality they won't but they have been a good team this season and even after all their injury woes and terrible run of results they are still hanging on in 10th place. Just hope we can do what Posh, Ipswich, Charlton and Barnsley have done against them recently. But think tonight will be more like Pompey's effort on Saturday.

| We don't need a win today, just 11 points max from 5 games.
Although in all likelihood winning our three home games will see the job done. |

| Shrews have only named 4 subs, for a home match! Seems like Cotterill trying to make a point to the Shrews board. Surely they have some youths they could stick on the bench! |

| Wednesday winning by one goal Ipswich drawing and we aren't out of this game yet. Stats say they had one shot on target and we uad 3. Need to be much more clinical. |
