PCC should be up in court over this, now try and spot the lies from the story from the beeb in 2012 when he signed the deal,

The existing ice rink and arena facilities will continue to be run by the Theatre Royal until the transfer to FDL, which is expected to take place in October.

Mr Brent said the Pavilions ice rink - the only permanent one west of Bristol - would remain open until the new rink has been built."

I don't think they have ever said how much the deal cost JB? Tudor Evans banging on about saving the council millions yet JB has pocketed millions and pulled out of every other clause he was meant to fulfill, including the Ice Rink for which he snaffled a nice bit of HP which he still owns.
All this was possible by Pasoti, Ian Newell, Ian De Lar and all the other mod dogs deleting and threatening decent Argyle fans when we pointed out how useless and devious Brent is.

I thought about this story while i was in town earlier walking past the trees that where cut down and the outrage from some counselors and some people it brought.

were was that outrage when this shyster wanted and almost did with planning permission destroy central park and cut down trees and build on greenland too put a carpark and a dentist in its place!!!

little off topic but i felt its worth mentioning he almost got away with destroying central park to fill a carpark to the brim with random crap and gift us a shitter crapshaq than we have now  thank god he was too skint to do any off it.

The upgrade work on the Pavilion arena and turning the entrance onto “The Boulevard” is also way overdue.
PCC should have stipulated this was part of approval of planning for the Poxy hotel on car park.
Wonder if he still values the ice rink and swimming pool plot at 6.5M

Alarm bells were ring from the start ..long before the first 24 hrs of owning club when perchased half the car park for 400k out of 1.2 million the council gave him using council taxes payers money of Plymouth and put it in his missus account

And the guy that worked for the council can’t remember his name off hand now but didn’t he advise the council/persuaded to sell it brent …then low & behold 3months later the same guy suddenly gets a job from brent …pay back for handing brent basically a winning lottery ticket for a pound the whole think stunk to high heaven then ..and everythink he still touches still stinks

Nool and Daz playing the superfan card for Brent now FFS. Old Zippy isn't much of a fan although he's supported the club for 75 years, lol. JB bleeds green, mainly from the coffers of PCC and Argyle.
Love the way that they are changing the narrative that we have to thank JB for saving the club so that Hallett could save it. Lol. If JB and his PASOTI goon squad had their way we would now have no car park on Outland rd, a capacity of about 12k with a shite mini grandstand with retail and takeaway joints underneath, dentists and a school in the corners with ALL the profits going to JB and his missus. We saved the club from the shyster his plans would have hamstrung the club and consigned us to league 2 forever.

ATD’s legacy as a Forum, will be that it exposed and publicised everything that Brent planned to do, that would have been to the overwhelming long-term detriment of the club.

It opened a lot of people’s eyes to Brent’s priorities at the time.

We were spot on then….and everything Brent has done ever since has justified our actions and words, with his calamitous business and property failings.

It’s been said many times, but Argyle had the luckiest of all escapes when we finally got rid of the prick.

alarm bells where ringing for me when the administrators turned his offer down flat before that kevin heaney lot even got the exclusive, if admin are saying no to you when they where desperate to sell us thats enough for me to know he was suitable.Why was his bid so important to plebb and nool that they fought to get his offer accept in stea of the offer bidders they turned the dogs of wor on to run them off. Lets not forget Heaney's lot wanted to do funnily enough exactly what brent wanted to do with the stadium, carpark and surrounding land yet where hounded and vilified by pasoti.

so glad hes gone now and he achieved nothing that he hoped to do barr a profit on his purchase of the club.
