| Unfortunately the story is in the Daily Star (pity there's no dog turd emoticon). If it were true it would be good to get rid of a dead duck (and highly paid) manager and get compensation |

| Here's how the Star story got pieced togethere:
Lazy Sports Journo: 'Bournemouth have sacked their manager. Who do you reckon will be in line to replace him?'
2nd Lazy Sports Journo: 'Hang on, lets see which managers have a Bournemouth connection (tap tap tap on computer keyboard). Redknapp? Nah, too pricey. Ah, says here that Plymouth's manager started his career at Bournemouth. Plymouth? Thats only 50 miles from Bournemouth, just east of Southampton. There's your story.'
Lazy Sports Journo: 'Cheers pal, let's see if we can get that in the first edition.' |

| Brent has said today that Fletchers position will be reviewed at the end of the season-so maybe league 1 as opposed to non league may be an attractive proposition. |

| It all started from an over heard conversation in the Bournemouth board room..........
Get on the blower to Plymouth and recall Fletcher, pass the prawn sandwiches, will you? |
