| Four more Plymouth Argyle fans have been banned from football after a huge fight broke out among the crowd at Home Park. Terrance Cretch, aged 56, Neil Hudson, aged 55, Samuel Hudson, aged 24, and 21-year-old Max Soutar have all been ordered to stay away from the ground.
Plymouth magistrates have now handed nine supporters Football Banning Orders after they admitted causing trouble during the League One game against Wigan Athletic.
Both the Football Association and Argyle launched inquiries as supporters broke from their segregated areas and clashed in the Barn Park Stand. Police launched their own investigation, leading to the prosecutions.
Disorder involving about 30 fans broke out when the visitors scored a last-minute goal to win the match 2-1. Argyle swiftly put out a statement that night to condemn the violence, stating a "zero tolerance" policy.
Argyle announced soon after the game that they were issuing stadium bans to 'over 25 individuals'. Those people had their ticketing accounts immediately suspended due to involvement in serious disorder and breaching of ground regulations at Home Park.
Devon and Cornwall Police published CCTV stills of 15 suspected Wigan fans they wanted to talk to about trouble in and around the Barn Park Stand.
Three of the latest batch of fans to face the court admitted threatening behaviour causing fear of violence on November 27. The younger Hudson pleaded guilty to the lesser offence of threatening behaviour causing alarm or distress.
All four were handed three-year Football Banning Orders, the minimum length. These are automatic for criminal offences at matches and sometimes outside grounds and on the way to games.
They are banned from attending any Argyle or any other league match. Cretch and the older Hudson are further banned from going into any town or city on any day when Argyle are playing away, from six hours before until six hours after the game.
The pair are also barred from Central Park around the stadium on any home matchday, again from six hours before kick-off until six hours after the final whistle.
Cretch, of Pendeen Crescent, Southway, was given an 18-month community order with 160 hours of unpaid work and probation's Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. He was ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
The older Hudson, of Radnor Place, Greenbank, was fined £416, ordered to pay £85 costs and £42 victim surcharge. The younger Hudson, of Fellowes Place, Stoke, was fined £300, ordered to pay £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge.
Soutar, of South Down Road, Beacon Park, was fined £450. ordered to pay £85 costs and £45 victim surcharge. Argyle travel to Wigan for a key top-of-the-table clash in the return fixture on April 23.

| They should build some rings in Harpers park and let all those that want to have it out do so. We have boxing and MMA on the telly why not a bare knuckle tear up? With all the betting in sports it's not like there are any morals bar the faux ones we always here about. |
