| Totally frustrating, the game and three points thrown away. |

| Not at the races today, very poor game, Rotherham are a dour machine. Can't afford many more slip ups or it's goodbye playoffs. |

| Don’t think there should be too much gloom and doom, they’re a real efficient team and we were decent at times but the strikers weren’t at it today, there’s a reason they’ve only let in 19 goals all season their defence are good at what they do. |

Next two games are winnable and both are at home also. Just got to hope sides just below and just above slip up. |

| if we are going to continue to change the front 2 in the second half why leave the second change till the 85th min?
Hardie had all these chances couldn't put one away why was he unsubable ?
At least give Jephcott 20-25 mins to have an impact. |

Lost at home and out of the playoffs hardly grounds for wild celebrations. |

| Obvious comment I know, but in the business end, we need to consistently pick up points. Agree bit of dent in our play-off chances today, but we have a game or two in hand over our rivals. |

| well my view of what i saw was as follows. This was a game we really should have taken a point from at least given the chances we had that we fecked up on.
It was Better defensive display from the back three today that kept Rotherham quiet and stepped up strong to deny them at times as did Cooper. Not alot could have been done about their goal.
We had our chances to score, Hardie blew two golden opportunities at goal overthinking and complicating things AGAIN! his biggest flaw as a striker he may come good now and again but he cant cope under pressure when its him and a goalkeeper he takes too long and that extra touch that allows a defender to read him and prevent his chance. I feel if he had that killer instinct he probably would be worthy of all the plaudits and praise the kids give him on twitter
Simplicity is a dirty word for Argyle at times when if they did the simplest of things in matches they would pay off more than being fancy.
overall not a bad performance we could have taken a point had we been more assertive upfront and not try and be fancy we move on to saturday and a visit from del bhey's morecambe.
Supprised we waited as long as we did to bring Jephcott on especially as the chances Hardie messed up where in his range. But it was too little too late when we did.
As a side note, i just want to say a massive feck you to the one of the supervisor's of argyle stewards today for being the biggest fecking hypocrite and jobs worth ive ever encountered on a match day and thats saying something. I Witnessed this guy rage at an old lady for leaving her bag in the corner of a stand where they are out of the way of people walking passed where she sat claiming in a cocky way its an unattended bag which it isn't if its near the owner and the shithousery line of "have you ever heard of the Manchester bombings" which drew a chuckle of people around more so when the bag got checked before coming into the ground twice.
this same steward went on too miss 4 people vaping openly, 2 people drinking pints they snuck out of the concourse and wouldnt move two people who stole another two peoples seats and made them sit elsewhere rather than move the ones who nicked them. All in the same area of the old lady too. |

| Even match really, only difference was that they took one of their chances and Argyle didn't-they will probably look at it as a perfect away performance in the same way that we used to under Sturrock mk1. Mayor looked as if he was going to tear them a new one for a spell in the first half, Edwards was terrific throughout, Pan had one of his less influential games. Still no sign of any improvement in free kicks and corners, delivery is not brilliant and Argyle pose little physical threat when a decent ball is put in-makes a huge difference if you can get a set piece goal in a match like this. Disappointing afternoon but on to the next one i suppose. |

| I thought we played pretty well and deserved to win it. They had one chance and took it, we had several and took none. Lot of criticism for Hardie, but he was the one player that was really causing their defence problems, with his pace and movement. Yes, he should have had a couple, but so should Garrick. Mayor was brilliant in the first half, they couldn't get near him, but he faded a bit later in the game.
Rotherham were solid, but they didn't impress that much. Thought Wigan were better.
Their goal came from Gillesphey standing off his man, leaving acres of space in the area. Would like to see Critchlow having a run there.
Yes we lost and for some it's season over, but we're still well in the mix, with games in hand. 7 or 8 more wins would do it I think. |

Gillesphey should have been dropped for this game after Cambridge game after his piss poor attitude towards the their 2nd goal and he did more or less the same yesterday.. Critchlow deserves a chance Gillesphey has had enough changes now. |
