| Depends what you're going there for, though.
Much as I despise the place and its owner, I have to say that Trago's very good for some of the tools of my trade. So good, indeed, that I'll probably be going there myself this week. Getting a bit low on a couple of things innit. |

| Beef Madras was very tasty. I may let her be in charge of another 'slow cooker' meal again soon.
Does Plymouth have a '99p' shop? I only ask, because in Birmingham they have a '99p' shop - and it's right next door to Poundland. Quite handy for stock and value comparisons. Indeed, if you're willing to put the groundwork in, you'd find that the '99p' shop sell twinpacks of masking tape - for 99p - yet just next door, pay an extra 1p, and get a quad(4)pack of the same tape.
I even put this knowledge to good use when I saw someone with the twinpack. I just had a quiet word, hush hush, and she managed to put it down and slip next door.
Knowledge is the bomb. |

| There might be a 99p shop on Broadway? Think there's a Pound shop and Poundland in City Centre- always ask my wife how much each item cost- a £1- noticed some of their bargains are more expensive than supermarkets. Usually get a good deal on Oxo's. |

I bought the Ainsley Harriot ones at JS when they were half price- about 50p each. |

Knowledge is the bomb. I only hope you gave the masking tape buyer the benefit of the results of my extensive testing. I'd hate to think what might happen if she uses it on a vertical surface. |

| Went to our local "British Emporium", and bought Hot Cross buns for Friday and clotted cream for every meal I can get it into.
(Edit) Also found a Buyology store in Plymouth, if Google are correct!! Thanks for tip Charlie.

It's always been shite Au contraire Sandy. I'll have you know I had a Trago credit card back in the mists of time when no other cards were accepted. How I used to laugh at all the poor saps writing their addresses on the back of cheques whilst I swanned through flashing my card. I still bore people with my bargain tales of my 3 piece suite and barbecue. It's APR was only 300% or summit. |

| I've managed to stave off a trip to Tragos: got the stuff I needed from the Range instead. It's a bit more expensive, but saves however many miles worth of petrol.
Plus, with the Range, you're less likely to come out with a pile of other cheap stuff you'd never realised you needed. Specially with the artists' bit being so close to the tills. |

Just had healthy dessert - fruit (kiwi/strawbs/banana) with ice-cream and clotted cream (not so healthy - see previous post).
What the hell!!!

| This starts off pretty mundane, but ends up anything but.
About 6 this morning, I was making my coffee when, glancing out the window, I saw two figures acting suspiciously next to one of the cars outside. Deciding to ring the police, I went and put my glasses on so I could give decent descriptions, but it turned out the two figures were police officers. Looked as if they were searching for something, looking into and under the cars, shining torches and so on. I assumed I'd hear what it was about later on.
Cutting a long story short, a young woman's been murdered in the block of flats next to mine. |

| Yes it is.
Bit spooked, to be honest: you don't expect things like that to happen quite so close to home. |

There are some inner city areas around the country where if there hasn't been a murder overnight, it's almost a bit of a bonus. Ok, maybe a bit of an exageration, but you get my drift. Anyways, far far too interesting for Mundane. |
