| nuno was always on a hiding to nothing in that job. 8th choice for the job after so many turned it down and probably for good reasons as nuno found out that the spuds werent going to give the manager funds in addition to a lion's share of any potential Kane transfer fee so the can rebuild the squad that Jose wanted to do as its full of prima donna's like Dele Alli and ageing and is in dire need of a rebuild. The same said Harry Kane has been very unprofessional in his attitude too due to not getting his move away and as a result i doubt man city will be offering anymore than the £100m. the offered in the summer (spuds want £150m) probably be a little less in the summer.
They got themselves in a mess sacking Jose with no real reason or plan in place with a successor. Sacking Nuno wont solve the mess unless they bring in a conte and actually give him the greenlight to rebuild with funds.

| Obviously a very unsurprising sacking and almost as inevitable as Steve Bruce's departure from Newcastle. Nuno was bit of a fall back appointment after preferred options fell through. Never a good fit for Spurs. |
