President's Progress 15/03/12

Don't worry, punters, there hasn't been a putsch, Chris Webb is still President. It's just that for reasons that the Mods are looking into, he's unable to post on ATD from his home IP. He's texted me to ask that I post a link to the latest President's Progress. Happy to oblige, and I'm not going to let the power go to my head.

The phrase 'the format for any elections can be put in place' seems to indicate that there might not be any elections at all.

Unless there's the possibility of all the seats going to the Trust and supporters' associations as of right, I sincerely hope this is just a bit of bad writing.
