I was wondering if anyone would possibly be able to help me get my hands on a copy of the following programme listed below?

Have you tried local papers in their area with a free ad maybe? Can't help thinking you are more likely to find an Oldham programme in Oldham.

No worries Plymouth Live (herald) is all part of a notational group but I'm sure they will have an Independant as well, best of luck.
These local papers are always desperate for content it might be worth contacting the news desk and they may run a short story you know, "Desperate Janner seeks Program" sort of thing?

It is definitely worth a try and I have never even though of it, thank you once again and I will let you know how I get on.
