If this is what Grovehill posted to Chris Webb first then i'm not sure how anyone can defend him.

Anyone with a grain of common sense can see that's not acceptable - regardless of the ill feeling from either side or who did what to who first.

How long before the message board tit for tat goes too far?

Perspective needed, fast.

It's only unacceptable if you believe it and with consideration of the past behavior of one or two of the mods I have serious doubts about it.

Which ever way it's cut, it's a sad, somewhat repellant story for all involved.

Indeed. It would be enlightening to hear Grovey's take on events. At the end of the day, the admin on any forum can, if they so wish, doctor comments to suit any agenda they may have.

No mods on here have hidden or duplicate accounts. Not so on the farm, I believe.

If all the messages are true, then Grovehill is well out of order and whether the mods on Pasoti wanted him gone or not, that is a justified banning in my opinion. If Chris's replies are also true and complete then that's also out of order, but if it that message was sent to me I would have done far more than Chris, and Grovehill would be able to be sent in the post for under a pound. And that is a small package these days.

Just think what Grovehill's message would have made you feel if he had sent that to you? I know he has fought an often lone battle on Pasoti for a long time, and has been subjected to ridicule in particular from Newell, but that still doesn't excuse the message that the Pasoti mods are reporting was sent from him to Chris.

Nool is at the heart of the bitterness between fans by his general controlling nool knows best attitude, when him and his puppets continue to ban fans like they do from the farm its obviously going to get nasty, grovehill has long been provoked by nool because he asked questions about our new owner ands his intensions ,nool being the control freak that he is, set out to ban grovehill when the chance came, grovehill's spat with bully boy webb gave him the chance.

You're right of course but I can't blame Nool and Co. for everything. There are plenty out there that are fully aware of the shenanigans yet prefer to stand back and not be counted and allow others to do their work for them and then cry about it when it affects them. The shenanigans will continue as long as people are quiet and Plymouth Argyle Supporters On The Internet will lose out until a little backbone is forthcoming.

I deny outright having posted that to anyone.

If anyone claims differently, I suggest that they provide proof, because it is not true.

I find it very sad that such small minded people have to resort to such outright lies in order to defend their own actions and inadequacies.

On Pasoti, I have repeatedly received PM's from "The President" saying he was "going to visit me at work, as he knows where I work"

Last night he PM'ed me that he was going to speak to my employer about my "repeated trolling" (I posted a copy on ADT)

When I raised this PM with the Pasoti mods, they're reply made it clear that they would not take any action against "The President"

I have better things to do with my time than get involved in childish squabbles with people on the internet, so I declared my intention to "resign" from Pasoti.

My Pasoti account was immediately deactivated.

If you think I'm "quite" on this matter it's because:

1. I have not looked on Pasoti since yesterday (and have no intention of doing so) because I have no interest in that site anymore.

2. I have just got home from work and have only just logged onto ADT.

Oh dear.

Over to you Mr President, a response to grovehill's comments is needed.

If grovehill is not telling the truth then I expect legal procedings will be forthcoming?

Or can we expect the usual stone-wall silence?

The plot thickens!

My Pasoti account was deactivated at about 9pm last night just after I had posted The President's PM to me on ADT and said I was "resigning from Pasoti" before they could ban me (the ADT mods can confirm if needed to) I also PM'd GOB at about 9.15 pm saying I'd been deactivated on Pasoti.

I have just checked my personal e-mail account and I see I received a message from Pasoti Mods at 10.57 today saying my account had been "reactivated"

I had not asked it to be reactivated, and certainly wouldn't have done so this morning as I was at work.

I would like to reiterate that I have never issued any threats to "The President" Chris Webb or anyone on Pasoti.

It is not up to me to prove my innocence in this matter, it is up to those making accusations to provide some evidence (which they cannot do)

However, I suspect they are deriving some sort of sad satisfaction through seeing me having to defend myself against these scurrilous accusations.

I can just see the headlines in the Herald...

"Argyle President and Union Official has his family threatened"

or

"Argyle President and Union Official is a deceitful liar"

or

"Pasoti moderators attempt to frame a user that is critical of James Brent"

Of course this can easily be proved and if desired proved in a court.

What will happen? - You decide!

When I was banned a few months back I recieved an email saying my account had also been re-activated.

I wonder if they were trying to see if there was anything juicy in PM's but had to reactivate the account to have a look.

Shame I deleted them all before I had my fun with Newell.

They may well have re-activated your account so that they could send a PM pretending to be you.

Grovehill, you may want to check that your pm's are not being read by anyone other than yourself. These forums are vulnerable to that sort of thing if you pick up a temporary ban. I'm not suggesting this is the case but it can happen on these forums.
