| I quite like some of the music, but he's an idiot, innee? Or is he just trying to sell records when he announces in Buenos Aires that the Falklands are really theirs? |

| Greatest guitar hero? John Entwhistle, played a bass like a lead guitar. No, I won't accept any dissent! Pete Townshend - greatest lead guitarist. Pattern developing here?? |

| While we're talking of the greatest lead guitarists called John (which we weren't) - John Squire. Never, ever gets old does The Stone Roses. Or at least it hasn't in the 20 years I've been listening to it. |

Have to agree with Cerbs on The Who, but I do like The Smiths/Morrissey's music. The man himself is an utter knob and for someone who supposedly doesn't want to be in the public eye too much he does have an awful lot to say on various subjects. Everyday is like Sunday is a shower sing-a-long favourite of mine. The missus hates it with a passion Nick is spot on with John Squire and The Stone Roses as well, and I would also throw in Matt Bellamy of Muse as well. |

now, im not saying je is crap, take out his guitar from the songs and they still sound like the who, take jm's guitar out of the smiths and you have a completely different tune. thats what counts for me, maybe not for you, but thats atd, so i'll agree to disagree not my hero btw |
