they should be able to continue. Torquay will be hard done by if they cancel it as given its only january i cant see them doing what they did last season and use the duckworth lewis method to determine promotions and relegations.

National League have only played between 15 and 20 games so it's a straight forward choice between cancel the season with no promotion or relegation or struggle on. If the former that will have implications for the EFL as there couldn't be any relegation from L2.
