My thoughts exactly, games have been thick and fast and good for the players to get some rest time and more importantly train after a confidence boosting win. I'm starting to wonder if well finish this season though?

A very welcome win and possibly the surprise result of the day. However, this changes little as we'll still be relegated if Lowe stays.

Eases the pressure a bit, didn't see it but pretty good performance by all accounts [or most accounts anyway].Need to start cracking the away from home problem if progress and eventual security is to be reached, the obvious key is to start keeping clean sheets because the team does have a goal or two in it.Anyway, well done to the team and management, could have been all sorts of grief if things had gone wrong.

MK had more possession, but Argyle ground out a win.
One win in seven sounds so much better than 6 straight defeats

Good to see McCleod back in front of the defence They look more solid with him back funny our form and bad run coincided when he got injured! Plus I thought camara had a good game today put in a lot of hard work & a lot running today I thought

If you're going to play the stats game, then you could have included Argyle 14 MKD 6 in shots and Argyle 6 MKD 1 in corners, just for a bit of balance really. Possibly your Saturday night anti Lowe schadenfreude has been a little reduced tonight but credit where it's due-Argyle needed to keep a clean sheet and did so, leading to the only stat that truly matters.

Don't know what you are on about GS. I was pointing out the positives, takes a good team to win when the opposition bosses possession

How could a post be so misinterpreted by myself. If this is what being 61 years of age means, then it looks like downhil all the way for me as far as understanding true meaning is concerned.

"Me and my family are imbedded in this City"
Yeah, apart from wanting to live here.
His body language is all over the place-fidgeting, twitching, unable to look the interviewer in the eye (or even in his direction a lot of the time)
Wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him

Best manager we've had down here for a long time. The club is professionally run from top to bottom.
But Lowe needs to go because he fidgets, and doesn't live in an approved area.
Serious reasons for him to leave then.

I think that was a very honest interview, clearly he was completely hyped up (adrenalin rush) or of course he could just be seen as a shifty scouser, I know what I believe.

couldnt have said it better myself, we have no time for people like that this is a local club for local people....
But in all seriousness we won fantastic now to make that count by winning the next one the tide hasn't fully turned yet! much more work still to be done.

We're not perfect, but we play attacking football and go out to win games with a clear game plan. Its a pretty rare sight to be honest, and i respect Lowe hugely for his attitude to how the game should be played.
Great win, and an important clean sheet. We're a newly promoted side who had a very good start and hit a rocky patch. We need to kick on and improve now, but its not as if this season has been a nightmare ffs!
Lowe has been here 18 months, and we're a division higher now than when he started. Maybe things are actually going ok?

Lowe has had more backing from the Board than any Manager in recent times and has a large first team squad comprising almost entirely of players he has signed or re signed. But except for one home grown player, not one of them would likely command a fee if they left.
Six of the last seven games have been defeats, some by several goals, and the truth of the matter is that if it wasn't for a narrow win over a team that has won just a quarter of there games this season, the club would be firmly in the relegation zone, rather than a few points above it.
The last couple of months has clearly shown that the Manager has little tactical nous and is unable to set up a team to play in more than one system, flaws easily exposed by opposing Managers.
The Club is in trouble, one result does not change that.
