Take a look at the manufacturing of footballs in Pakistan Pat where children as young as 4 and 5 are employed on production lines. Those poor little mites should be out playing or doing schoolwork. It's outrageous.

About the NHS. I recently pointed out that the last government to reduce NHS spending was Jim Callaghan's Labour government during the 1978-79 winter of discontent when NHS ancillary staff blockaded hospital entrances letting only emergency cases through. \\however, that was a long time ago.

I believe these NHS figures to be more up-to-date....

Part of Mercer's former job at the M.O.D. was looking after those veterans - some who are now in their 70s and early 80s who were never granted any form of amnesty for those 'supposed' shootings at events like 'Bloody Sunday. Mercer went on to complain that they were still being pursued through the courts even though there was 'no new evidence' against them. All Mercer wanted was 'someone' to take the bull by the horns and let those old soldiers live the rest of their lives free of prosecution and a jail sentence. That 'someone' could have been any Prime minister from Blair, Brown, Cameron, May or Boris. Of course it's much better to maintain the status quo for fear of the return of violence.
