Oneweb certainly went bankrupt in March of "last year" when investers lost 3bn - but is it the dead duck you think / or hope ? I add two links, on of which is dated this very day which should provide some facts that we can all chew over.

Firstly as an ex-soldier who served in Borneo during the Indonesian confrontation with Malaysia, I found the latest defence cuts upsetting. initially I always believed that Labour was the military's biggest enemy regarding cuts but a conversation with the pilot and navigator of a Tornado fighter/bomber at RAF Fairford soon put me right as it was Cameron's Government that retired the Nimrod and Harrier jumpjet squadrons plus the usual closure of an operational airfield. However, you could say that Labour was the author of Britain's gradual military decline with the rapid closure of our presence in the far and middle east. Naturally this led to the decline in numbers across the whole armed forces spectrum as indeed to arms sales when Labour refused to sell chieftain tanks to Israel when they them needed most.

Getting back to Harve's usual anti-Boris diatribe it must be pointed out that Johnson didn't come to power until December 2019 whereas Covid-19 didn't reach these shores until June 2020. With the UK currently borrowing £355bn for the current financial year (April 2020 to April 2021) some sorrowful cuts are necessary. Hopefully some of these cuts can be readadressed at a later date.
