Argyle have asked fans to vote for the POTS and the young POTS-

It is time for the Green Army to mark our memorable 2019-20 Sky Bet League Two campaign by voting in the Player and Young Player of the Season awards.

Which Pilgrims will succeed Portuguese playmaker Ruben Lameiras and Young Player of the Season Luke Jephcott as your picks for the 19-20 season?

The field for the main award is open to any player who has played for the first team this season; while the Young Player award is open to anyone who was under the age of 21 on the date of the first match of 19-20, our thumping 3-0 away win at Crewe Alexandra on August 3, 2019.



While Covid-19 has dominated the discourse in recent weeks, the autumn and winter months saw Ryan Lowe implement his exciting brand of football at Home Park in front of a fittingly renewed Mayflower Grandstand backdrop.

With the Grandstand opening on New Year’s Day, the Pilgrims maintained their pursuit of an immediate return to Sky Bet League One, rising to sit firmly in the automatic promotion places before the season was suspended on March 13.

Lowe’s side boast the joint-third best defensive record in the division, having conceded 39 goals in 37 fixtures, securing 14 clean sheets.

In attack, the Greens also rank third in Sky Bet League Two, with nearly 20 different Pilgrims contributing towards the Greens’ 61 goals in Sky Bet League Two this term.

The only criterion to be eligible for the Young Player of the Season award is that the player who you vote for was under 21-years-old on the opening day of the current season, Saturday, August 3, 2019.

Antoni Sarcevic wins player of the season with a big majority (58%) of the vote. Well done to him what A nice going away present for him to take to Salford.

Byron Moore (10.8%) and Alex Palmer (10.6%) were the runner ups George Cooper haf (7.1%)



Luke Jephcott won young player of the season with a whopping (85%) of the vote - he wins that's for the second year in a row not much competition in truth for two years for him but still a worthy winner regardless.

Josh Grant (5.6%) came second Tyreeq Bakinson came third with (3.6%)

Well done to the pair of them, Sarcs I've developed a real soft spot for because he will give it his all, he's got proper grit and worth more than many more talented players for that reason. Jeppers is a live wire hope he keeps it up.
