On this day (8th May) 21 years ago, a new low for PAFC.

Jimmy Glass, Carlisle's keeper, scored against Argyle to save them from relegation out of the Football League

That season was probably the closest we came to potentially getting in the top league alongside Ollies team 20 odd years later

I was there with a mate of mine who was actually Jimmy Glasses nephew, when he scored by mate cheered and shouted "geddon Jimmy" followed about one second later by a thump in the ear and a bit of mayhem. Seems like a hundred years ago now.
