Don't know how that compares to, say Stevenage or Cheltenham but:

Rates double in 2 years?
Same with medical costs and media costs?
£100 grand on legal fees, for what? Can't remember them being taken to Court.
And as for £52k on advertising-wtf?

I appreciate that JB may have trimmed things to the bone, but rates, legal fees and advertising?

Brent got a 'deal' on the rates (as was well documented), so that would explain that figure jumping.

The "legal" fees?  You conveniently forgot to add "& Professional" to that title.  Those fees are probably related to the building of the grandstand?

Advertising?  Who knows?
