We predicted all of this during Jimmy's time before a brick wasnt laid We did indeed many of us on here only to be called allsorts and thanks to the yes men and women who blindly swallowed the steaming pile of shit served with a smile from brent the club is stuck with that now. I mean who in the right mind given how outdated the original stand was would any football fan want to keep all the bad points and make them worse at the same time making sure future development of the stand to be fit for purpose for future fans cant happen now leaving us with the exact same stand but made up and smaller? Im thankful everyday that the original clusterfuck plans fell through as can you imagine what home park would be like now if that actually happened? still makes my blood boil seeing that photo outside the council building of fans celebrating the passing of a bill to destroy the club and central park and lumper 1001 pieces into box that could only hold 800. but as i say they voted for it so feck em they got what they deserved. Perhaps in future when the club puts forward any plasn they actually look at them rather than just say yes. |

| As fans are saying its coming home to roost, especially on the top teir it seems - apart from the possible drenching my experience in the lower block was generally a good one on saturday, seats and veiw all fine. £4.75 for a Tribute bit steep at the mobile bar. |

the lower part is ideal in the summer except we dont play in the summer months mostly and the rest of the year is not sunbathing weather which means your playing russian roulette at times sitting there more so that other fans in the ground cause the roof was too much effort to extend lol.... |

| I, too, tried and enjoyed the experience of the lower Mayflower seats this weekend. £15 is a far more reasonable price for fourth tier football but I did spend the week checking on the long range forecast cos I remember, oh too well, sitting there over a decade ago and getting soaked on many Satudays across many different months.
An August game against Wolves was particularly wet one. |

| Guessing the mobile bar behind the Mayflower is run by another company as they're very efficient, pre-pouring for HT and splitting tasks. |

Thought the GTs and new facilities within the Grandstand had done away with mobile units like this. Surely Hallett had this in mind originally |
