Schools are back, so did RL's sprogs go to school today in a. Lancashire, b, Devon, c. neither, too busy packing.

Has Mrs Lowe been house hunting in the Westcountry, is their house "up North" on the Market.

In summary, is Ryan Lowe showing any fecking commitment to being Argyle Manager?

Chairman who lives in US, Manager who won't move down here, and the Club bang on about being part of the local community-what a joke this club is.

lots of people commute and again he isnt here long term.

Grooves is clearly on a wind up mission Angers. I wouldn't take his posts seriously anymore.

He's just being a prick!

Actually, does he remind you of another poster who only listens to his own keyboard and everyone else's view, if different to his, is null and void?

I am passionate about Argyle and want them to do well.

However, unlike some others, I do not think it is best for the Club to have a Manager who seems reluctant to live in the area. As well as giving the impression that he doesn't want to stay for long, l think it has a detrimental affect on his ability to sign good players.

Imagine trying to convince a player to move here.

"Plymouth is a great place to bring up a young family"

"No, my wife and kids still live in the North West, and I rent a flat, but..."

"Well, yes, of course I aim to be here for a while, but my family haven't moved here because, erm, well, ah, um Look, we're not talking about me, we're talking about you"

"Bye then, best of look, whoever you sign for"

Recipe for disaster IMO

Just look at Coughlan and Bristol Rovers

Yep agree with that, also years ago a manager supporting another club as openly as Lowe does would have been an issue, but i suppose after donkeys years of argo being fourth division and Liverpool obviously not, nobody seems bothered.

Reluctant? You have to be joking...

Do yourself a favour and listen to the podcast.  It will stop you making a fool of yourself with certain comments. It will also explain why his kids aren't in school yet, and yes they have looked at schools in the Plymouth area.

if ryan was an exeter city fan id have issue with him being so open about it but as we wont be playing liverpool anytime soon or be in the same league while hes manager or indeed ever its not going to affect him here is it.

in fact luggy was a passionate about dundee utd so much so he had us playing in their colours didnt affect him here either did it.......first term.

Utterly ridiculous. Football is a transitory business where the average length of employment is just over a year.

So he buys a house, moves his family down and has a bad run of games and gets the sack. Then ends up with a house at the arse end of the country no good for him to be based as he's frigging miles away from the next job.

I think Groovys comments would carry more weight if we weren't in the playoffs at the moment.
