Some points of interest by Graham Clark

Ryan's family are moving down for the new school term and are very happy to do so. They love it 'down here'. Made reference to his three year contract.

A new scout is to be appointment who will be Midlands based.

Neil Dewsnip had the option of working for the FA and FIFA but chose to work at Argyle as Director of Football. Clearly holds him in very high regard.

He admitted to being at the Torquay v Stockport game but left early. 'Not impressed'.

Holds Will Aimson in very high esteem and is obviously frustrated by his pelvic injury.

Hasn't had any problems bringing players to the Club from further afield. Something that Paul Cook said couldn't be done.

Would like a larger dressing room building to accommodate an office and additional changing facilities for the youth team. Definitely on his wish list. Such an extension could replace the temporary building behind the changing rooms which is used as an office.

Clearly has a good relationship with the Chairman and CEO.

We've always struggled to bring players from further afield when we refuse to even match the wages they can earn close to home, it's just more lies from the Brenty bheys.

Yep, The likes of Mariner aren't found playing at those levels.

Its a ridiculous comparison, times have changed massively as the pressure not to miss talent has intensifed. Nowadays pro clubs will have tie ins with all the local schools, youth football clubs etc so the chances of missing someone is very slim. Furthermore players come to football clubs as children so anyone turning up at the age of 20 won't be physically conditioned to play pro football. You might get the occasional one like Jamie Vardy but he's the exception not the rule and he's almost a freak of nature [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Consider the fact the last genuine FA cup giant killing was 30 years ago.
