| Agree with bandwagon that Swindon will be better trip. England v france in pool decider (probably) at 0915. Reckon get to Brizzle Parkway for that before change of train.
The corporates getting seats reserved for away games will only get worse as pioneers, gold etc want something for being superfans.
The senior Greens members would have been queued with flask and Werther's at 0700 so don't need favour |

| With it being an early 1pm kick off will the club look at the option of beaming the game back live to Home Park,I’m sure it would be well attended. |

According to Nool and Co they are justified for not opening for a game where maybe only 50-60 supporters might turn up for an official match because "its not cost effective regards salaries and power" Bowden claims they work for free. Someone is lying. You certainly do open the doors with 50 punters you only need 1 quality barstaff to service that |

| While the Exeter game has not yet reached the toxic nature that requires it to be policed as a bubble match, this article especially the last three paragraphs sum up my feelings about the whole amount of shite that surrounds this fixture and our relationship with Exeter.
Contains rude words! |

Contains rude words! Have to agree mate. Two things of note though I believe wholeheartedly that the over the top policing we see is seen just as a great payday for the D&C and also little wankers are more likely to give it the large one stood behind a line if coppers, don't hold me back lol. |

| I think's it due to the Checkatrade/ FA Trophy game 5-8 years? ago, at HP, which D&C massively underpoliced and there was quite a bit of trouble (we hadn't played each other for 10 years or so). Didn't help (lower the tension) that City won with a late Nardiello goal.
I know someone who works for D&C and they get good overtime for working Argyle games (quite often just sit in the meat wagon outside doing very little). |

I went to the Checkatrade game a year later at SJP which was poorly attended as they restricted the sale of tickets to ST holders. They had a helicopter out and total overkill |

| All this police talk will be little comfort to any victims of crime, especially the shop keeper up Mount Gould who had her till stolen twice in a week by the same assailant when there were just 4 response officers to cover the whole city. All these people will be livid that D&C police can magic up 200 plus officers for a game in addition to the Heddlu tactical officers they hire in for these games. Just to show how wasteful on resources they are, I've been on trains back from some London games (Charlton away two seasons ago and the play off final) and a Bristol Rovers away game where in all instances Heddlu officers were actually sent to London and Bristol to accompany a handful of supporters on trains home which were mainly scarfers, upon arrival at Plymouth after a quiet uneventful trip they would pile into black cabs to take them back to South Wales. Gate to think what that costs. |

I know someone who works for D&C and they get good overtime for working Argyle games (quite often just sit in the meat wagon outside doing very little). I was at that game and the subsequent one, policing way over the top in both. There was lots of singing, chanting and gesticulating but very little or no actual contact between fans, the scum did try and cut across the corner of the pitch to the Lyndy but it was a couple of yobs easily dealt with. After the match on pasoti loads of people were bemoaning the violence which hadn't really happened. Funniest thing was there were a few pyros being thrown and a copper or steward ran forward when one was thrown to the side of the pitch and tried stamping it out only to burn his foot, it was like a Charlie Chaplin film. |

I saw the coaches, thinking back the first game we had as you said we hadn't played them in years and there was a sellout crowd and little to no old bill, the following match was policed more like Rangers v Celtic as a result. |

The following match was during the period when Nool and Webby were saving the club. It was sale to ST holders only, no TCE travelled yet D&C still had a helicopter out and police horses brought in from South Wales The match I remember we fielded a young team which I though was going to hammered especially when they went a goal up but we fluked an equaliser through Luke Daley. The ultimate defeat on penalties was celebrated by the scum like they won the wold cup |
