| I know people get their arse in their hand about this competition, but in Argyles position, with our severe lack of competitive reserve action....it is perfect.
Expect Aimson to start on Saturday. Gotta be why he was taken off, shorely. Game of two halves. Rovers more assured 1st half, but Argyle sprayed it around beautifully at times 2nd half and a 90 minute draw was the least we deserved. Howler from Palmer gifted them a lead. But 5 pens all scored rounded off a very useful night for Argyle, particularly the fact it gave Aimson Grant & Cooper good competitive game time.
George Cooper head and shoulders above everyone else out there tonight. Has the potential to rip up this league. |

| It going to be hard to pick the midfield and forwards in the starting eleven, back three should be easy |

| Good to be in position as a fan to see the vast majority of signings look promising although Rudden is dubious at the moment, compared to a year ago when some of the signings were met with disbelief or derision. |

| Great result. We literally didn't have a first team last season let alone a second string that could beat league 1 opposition. |

| We are by no way the finished article, But having a second string instead of having to rely on the same 11, is a step in the right direction, |
