The only red flag is that at the minute, it looks like quite a few of last years disgraceful defence will be on duty again. It wouldn’t hurt for Rovers to stick a few away on Saturday just to speed up Lowes thought process.

So the new guy takes the squad up to 27, lowe said this week he wants 22. Clearly a few of the relegation squad will be invited into Lowe's office for a chat quite soon.

Sure, I think a couple will be invited to find another club, argo actually have a large squad for once, but then it's all about quality.

some of them are YTS first years so they will be playing reserves mainly bar the ones ryan wants part of his first team plans like Lolos and my guess randall.

We still need a bloody central defender and Central Midfield and i guess the fact number 5 wasnt taken by anyone in the squad that might be on the cards soon.

This player has fallen from grace over the years due to drug problems resulting in suspension from the fa not long ago so maybe lowe feels he can rebuild his career here.
