| From the Baggo. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Is it just me, or does the statement seem a trifle ambiguous? |

| Great news again. Regardless of whether there is anything planned for the adjacent land, at least it now belongs to the club at long last.
No doubt Brent will have made another tidy earner out of PAFC.
I wonder how long the Ice rink charade will rumble on for before the Council are begging Hallett to acquire the rest of Brents HHP land and actually get it built. |

| So Brent 'acquired' the land off the club a few years ago and is now selling it back to us? I wonder if he made a profit! Is this the piece of land that went into his pension fund? It's very hard to keep track of all these property transactions, god knows what going on in the background! |

It'll never get built Punchy to even fail in the first place. Brent is a property squatter and the council tax payers of Plymouth should be up in arms at this shyster because you just know its going to cost more money for PCC in legal fees and christ knows what else to get rid of the creature God they must rue the day they ever got in bed with him originally |

He received £2m from the sell of the Pavilions car park plus the sell of HHP car park (bottom end). How much did he make from the sale of shares to Hallett ? That enough to build his shed. |

TG this fella will never use his own money. This will go on and on indefinately. Commercial finance not a hope. Those boys will know all about Brents catastrophic record and 49 Admins, Bankruptcies and Closures that he's been involved in 5 years from now we'll still be going round in circles |

| Brent will obviously want to sell the land.
I can't believe the Council gave him planning permission for the hotel and commercial crap he wants to build on that part of Central Park. Not a penny of that will be going to the club- but it will spoil the appearance of the area, cause traffic chaos and take away parking. The thicko city councillors were easily charmed by this highly educated and very articulate confidence trickster. |
