What has happened to all the other crap he wanted to add on, offices and gym? Who owned that land? All just more Brentist fantasist nonsense that was never ever in any danger of getting built. Nobody seriously expects Brent to build the ice shed. If someone is to finance it, the ONLY chance it has of getting built is if Brent can persuade someone there are Pavilions riches to be had after the piss poor new place gets knocked up. |

My guess is that it will get interesting when the ten year period is up which Brent was paid for by PCC to provide continuous ice. The Pavillions deal was all tied in to this. He may find it difficult to sell the Pavillions if he hasn't provided ice elsewhere however I don't hint that anyone has considered the cost of building an ice rink in HHP? Must be ten million at a guess? I don't think it will happen but it will get interesting foreshore. |

I’d imagine it’d be an agricultural/industrially cladded monstrosity done on the Uber-cheap, that will become a blot on the landscape for a generation. |

Even so the mankover cost north of seven million and I can't imagine any kind of ice rink is cheap? |

Why would Brent pay to purchase the site from the council as well as demolition and site clearance when he already has an empty piece of land next to the grandstand? |

Agreed but Angers is making the point its a pretty perfect location. Whatever Brent will never build feck all no chance of him breaking his duck in our lifetime (No that was Halletts money) |

| The buying back of approximately half of the land previously owned by Argyle that was siphoned off by Brent into his pension fund is described below. - Newell on Pasoti wrote wrote:
- My point is that I don’t quite see the need to let us the fans know of such a mundane housekeeping type transaction.
Who is Newell kidding? You can guarantee that the price paid by Hallett to Brent, was way, way above the price Brent paid to Argyle (aka himself at the time as Brent was sole owner). - Newell on Pasoti also wrote:
- Also, it should be pointed out that JB didn’t request the deal, PAFC did.
No doubt the usual suspects will stir this one up though.
I’m not quite sure why this was important enough to ‘declare’ on the OS though. In my opinion it seems to pander to the nosy. The ins and outs of the cat’s arse springs to mind.. The notion that JB didn't request the deal is absurd. Brent was sole owner of PAFC at the time. They were one and the same! It's important to note that the claim is often made that "the club", (aka Brent) needed money at the time. Fair enough.. But, Brent could have given the club a loan (like Hallett did) but instead he chose to feather his own nest. Simply put... Newell doesn't want fans to know how much Brent raped the club for! |

| He often deploys " the ins and outs of a cats arse" when he's trying to suppress information that makes either the club or whoever he is currently lickspittling look bad |

| Nools dictionary takes some getting used to. A True fan; Someone with connections, power and influence esp. A football club owner or chairman. Housekeeping; Asset stripping manoeuvre enacted by True fans. In and outs of a cats arse; Details of asset stripping that the fans find out about after Brent's transparent age is over. Freak; and actual fan of PAFC who doesn't support ex Etonian asset stripping owners. |

| REAL fans - Drooling fans fest dwellers featured on GOS week in week out. Docile unless defending asset stripping owners
Pal - a person to be arselicked as a result of money (Nikk, the car salesman) or influence (Brent, Webby, Tony Campbell)
Matey - Do not confuse with "pal" a passive aggressive signifier that the recipient has upset Nool
Silent Majority - A vast cohort of Plymouth Argyle supporters that do not use the internet but talk regularly with Nool and agree with everything he says
Keyboard Warrior - Anyone that posts anything negative about a "pal" on the internet see separate entry |
