| Anyone else pop down to this one? 2000 crowd with mega sales on food and beer. I was speaking to someone connected to Parkway and they'll make around 20 grand out of the day. Good on them, nice little set up and £3 a pint!
As far as the game went, Parkway never really threatened that much but our trialist keeper still managed to look shakey. Easy to see why Lowe rates Adam Randell highly. Looks like he can be a proper box-to-box midfielder and you could see the confidence oozing from him with the faith Lowe has shown in him. Same for Lolos up front who scored a great goal.
Not the complete walkover a game like this should really be, but a good workout nonetheless. |

| Just read the Erald account, sounds like Randell was very impressive, great that Truro and Parkway have had such good crowds to support them financially. |

One of my boys was in Adam Randells year at school said he was good and he played against him subsequently on Saturday morning leagues but he never rated him that highly. (I must have seen him a few times unknowingly) Sounds like he's come on leaps and bounds could be just one of those players that suddenly explodes onto the scene His salary is very low currently wont say on open forum how much as it will identify 3rd party but whatever you're thinking chop 2/3rds off at least....guess he wont be on that too long |

| 2v0 against a team in the fifth tear of non-league football. The rest of L2 must be shaking in their boots.
Hard to see how we can make a judgement on a keeper when you're playing a team that is unlikely to get much in the way of attacking play against him. Torquay on Tuesday will be a more useful guide to where we are. Will be interesting to see the line up. A few players were absent from the squad against Parkway (e.g. Dyson, Wooton). If they're also absent from the Torquay squad then it's likely that they've been told to find another club. Likewise if the trialist Keeper isn't select then you'd have to presume he hasn't made the grade. |

| Was a good laugh yesterday, more people there than last year. I shook the hand of Mr Hallett and said he was a star man, he replied by saying let's hope we get a win today.
Bristol Rovers is the next one for me. |

Bristol Rovers is the next one for me. Yep was a good day with a few beers down the range in the heat. Paying for it today after playing 90 minutes down in St Kew. |
