Awfully sorry old chap to be so pedantic but you surely mean “your shite football team” as in yours not ours, your grammar is absolutely terrible, get a grip man.
I’m just surprised you haven’t won L2 as well as you normally claim it this time of the year. Every autumn for the last few years they’ve won L2, I wonder if they realise the season finishes in May, normally every year |

| A very fetching avatar Mr G. However, we in East devon are determined to play are part in 'social distancing' which is why the M5 ceases just after theExeter Chiefs Stadium. Meanwhile, fixed-wing aircraft have also ceased to depart Exeter Airport for Plymouth as there is no place to land anymore. Most surprising was the way the Greek Gods of old have risen up to look after their own when Poseidon breached the sea wall at Dawlish - while the lesser known God Coalemos (go figure) thought it wise to make Harve a greenie. Meanwhile Apollo the God of Truth and Prophecy has denied all knowledge of Suffy. |

they wont have a club to support in 5 years if they dont start generating money cause its all well and good selling the future for addons eventually that well is going to dry up and when it does they are screwed. They truly need to decide if they are happy just having a club to support that isnt going anywhereband keep with the fan owned model or sell a percentage of the club to people who can invest. |

Evidence shows palpably that the Academy windfalls do nothing more than assist the club in staying afloat in Div4 from a financial viewpoint, with an occasional vain hope of clawing their way to league 1 once every decade or so. Seems like a pretty depressing prospect to me, if I were a City fan. |

Seems like a pretty depressing prospect to me, if I were a City fan. An ideal scenario would be for the academy to produce a mixed bag of talents whereby the extremely gifted could be sold on at a profit while the less able and therefore less likely to accrue much interest from other clubs could be groomed to be the nucleus of the coming season's team. I imagine this is already in the mind's eye of most lower division managers / coaches and therefore hope Matt Taylor has such players on hand as considerably more players have left the club than have been recuited. However, I do fear that, as has happened in previous years, that he's simply delaying recruitment which could mean picking over the bones of what is left. |

| Unbelievable scenes at the Memorial where Rovers have stuck 7 past a load of spotty Scunny teenagers putting Northampton into the playoffs unless Scunny can pull one back. City one goal shy of being champs oh well. |

Didn't see that result coming. Barton has done a good job up there - a good run from January, coupled with some good luck - considering the off field goings on he had to deal with. The yo-yo Gas it is next season then. |

.......they go and get promoted Then there's that big screen - it's ideal for seeing the ball hit the back of the net - especially if there's 4 of them. While studying ol' Suffy's prediction skills, some might say there's no ending to his talents - of course many more might say there's no bleeding beginning as they're so wide of the mark. One final question for Suffy: Any chance that you greenies will be copying ECFC and buy ye olde big screen yourselves ? |

At this time of the year I believe a fair few of the more cerebral Greeks turn to the world of poetry. Here is a verse that is proving very popular on the Exeweb forum.... There once was a sleeping green giant, Whose outlook was rude and defiant. His Rolls Royce Corniche Turned out at the finish To be more like a Robin Reliant! |
