It is not club policy at Plymouth Argyle to reveal the length of their players’ contracts, either new signings or those who agree extended deals.

Therefore, it is difficult for the media and the Green Army to know for sure which members of the Pilgrims’ squad are out of contract at the end of any season.

However, some information does come out from a variety of sources. The key is to ascertain whether that it is accurate.

Argyle seem to have given a helping hand when it comes to the futures of two of the players in their promotional material for 2019/20 season tickets.

Some of it includes pictures of striker Freddie Ladapo and Antoni Sarcevic, who were already known to have contracts until June 2020.

On other promotional material there are also images of midfielder Conor Grant and left-back Ashley Smith-Brown, alongside Ladapo and Sarcevic.

That would appear to confirm that Grant and Smith-Brown signed two-year contracts with the Pilgrims when they moved from Everton and Manchester City respectively last summer.

Striker Calum Dyson also arrived from Everton at the same time and Plymouth Live understands his deal is also until June 2020.

He is currently recovering from an ankle injury he suffered while on loan at League Two side Stevenage.

Here is what we know about the contract status of the Argyle squad
