Bet Romans on the blower to Jose right now..... Very unlikely to hired again by Chelsea i feel the fans dont want him back as the never ending cycle wont be broken. No doubt this latest manager of theirs will get the chop at the end of the season but there is going to have to be a point where the Chelsea board and owner have to realise that they cant keep hiring and firing managers and still have players who keep refusing to play for them and start to address this matter. Chelsea needs a squad rebuild it been over due and they need to start bring through some of their talented youngsters that can make the England squad and attract the likes of Bayern Munich yet dont see the first team much. Till then its always going to be very pricey short term fixes to long term problems. |

Should never have sacked Carlo Ancelotti imo. But im sure you could make a case for others that did ok in their first season not so much the second and given the boot as a result. |

Things just get worse for Sarri Can't see him being manager in the morning clearly the team don't respect him. |

| Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri appeared visibly frustrated as he walked out of training on the eve of the Europa League final against Arsenal in Azerbaijan.
The Italian, linked with a move away from the club, threw and then kicked his cap at the Baku Olympic Stadium.
Striker Gonzalo Higuain and defender David Luiz earlier exchanged words after a confrontation.
Chelsea said Sarri's reaction was "not related to any of his players".
They said the Italian was unhappy "due to not being able to practise set-plays" during training as the session remained open to the media.
There has been speculation over Sarri's future for much of his first season at Stamford Bridge, and he has said he will speak with the club after the final
