Mate of mine who is on this forum watched with me the clearing of an area about half the size of a football pich very close to the hotel we were in in December. Buildings, shacks, houses, way way more than anything thats been "enabled" at Argyle or deconstructed was completely knocked down, removed, levelled and excavated and foundations started of what was going to be built commenced just 13 days after the first building was knocked down Whatever the hold up is at Home Park its just pure gold it really is |

Agree entirely but they only worked in daylight hours 7am till 5pm and it was basically demolition and removal etc. You made the perfect comment the other day that if they had flooded the job at HP the whole caboosh would have been completed by now. With likely no contract signed anyway and definately no planning permission granted we know why it hasnt |

| Agreed on that IMO the main reason the grandstand isn't nearing completion is that they haven't really started on it yet. As for the club shop the answer is Brent. |

| The way that shop had been left I'd say the contractors are on strike due to lack of payment, or we don't have any stock and fittings to put.in it. |

| Bungo's waiting on the wholesale order of smokebombs to be delivered and for them to be stocked on the shelves before it can open. Still waiting on a high powered water pump too. |

| Even with hardly any stock in the portocabin looks like you wouldn’t be able to swing a cat in there once they add a bit more stock of all the wrong sizes like extra small lol |

| Honestly this is just fecking embarrassing. It took two tradesmen around six weeks to gut, rebuild and fit out our mess room/ drying facilities at work. A square footage probably around the same size as that shop.
Is the statement 'it shouldn't be taking this long' too bloody obvious?
