| Del's press conference.
Few worrying things in his answers but here you go saved a herald click. least errington seems to be asking more tasking questions of Adams at least so its a start.
Plymouth Argyle have the chance to move out of the League One relegation zone when they play Walsall at Home Park on Tuesday night.
It is one of only two midweek matches in the division so the 21-placed Pilgrims know at least a point would see them escape the bottom four.
Argyle are coming off their come-from-behind 2-1 home win against Coventry City on Saturday, in which the in-form Ruben Lameiras got both of their goals.
Here is what manager Derek Adams had to say at his Walsall pre-match interview with Plymouth Live football editor Chris Errington on Monday.
CE: Three consecutive wins, how much of a lift has that given around the football club do you feel?
DA: Just the same as it always does. We have gone on a four-game unbeaten. We probably should more than that.
We have drawn one and we have won three on the trot, and we continue to move ahead.
CE: Team news for tomorrow night, any changes?
DA: No, we have got the 18 that played on Saturday that are fit and ready to go.
CE: So Kyle Letheren and Niall Canavan are both available?
DA: Yes.
CE: When you are on a run like this you want to have as few injuries as possible don’t you?
DA: Yes, of course. I think that we have had enough injuries. It’s important when we come to this stage of the season to have as many players as possible fit.
CE: Antoni Sarcevic picked up his ninth league yellow card on Saturday. Is that a worry for you? He’s very close to a two-match suspension now.
DA: He has obviously got to go a good number of cards without picking up a booking.
I think that’s going to be very difficult and at some stage he’s going to have to have a two-game suspension. We will have to deal with it when it comes.
CE: He has been playing very well but he has had five yellow cards in the last five games. Is that something you need to talk to him about?
DA: No. I think that some of the bookings haven’t been bookings, but that’s sometimes the way it goes.
CE: Ruben Lameiras is the talk of the town at the moment. Are you comfortable with one player getting as much of the spotlight as he is at the moment? Or does he deserve the spotlight because he has performed so well?
DA: Players have the spotlight on them when they are doing well. We have had a number this season.
Freddie Ladapo won (League One) player-of-the-month earlier on in the season and Sarcevic has been in top form as well, as well as (David) Fox and (Yann) Songo’o.
They are all going to be getting that praise, and rightly so.
CE: Is Ruben out of contract this summer?
DA: Yes
CE: Have there been any talks with him?
DA: I’m not going to go into things like that at this stage in the season. We have got 18 games to go and I’m not going to go into discussions about contracts.
CE: The reason for asking, of course, is that once you get past January then you run the risk of losing a player as a free agent in the summer don’t you?
DA: You run the risk, but I keep on telling you that you offer a player now and they will sit on it.
I’m very experienced in this position, and if you want me to go out and offer players money that we don’t have then feel free to ask me to do that, but you won’t have a football club.
CE: I’m well aware we have had this conversation but that’s just the way it is at this football club isn’t it?
DA: It’s the same at every football club. If you spend money that you do not have you will go into administration and liquidation.
That’s something this football club has been in before and I just feel that sometimes you need to heed the warnings that I’m giving you because you will find yourself in exactly the same situation again.
CE: Walsall are the opposition tomorrow night. They had been on a bit of sticky run but a 3-0 win at Gillingham on Saturday was pretty impressive wasn’t it?
DA: Definitely. It was an exceptional win away from home because Gillingham have done well in recent times to get themselves from where they were into a better position.
The league is so tight at this moment in time that we are obviously looking to try and win this game to get ourselves propelled above a number of teams.
CE: If you do get a win tomorrow, you would move out of the bottom four because there is not a whole round of games.
DA: That’s right. There is only four teams playing and that gives us a very good opportunity of going above a number of teams, and that’s what we are going to try and do.
CE: Tuesday night games are sometimes as well attended as Saturdays, for obvious reasons, but they are important nonetheless aren’t they? You have got to approach them in the right way.
DA: We have a lot of fans that travel from long distances to come here on a Saturday and some of them, unfortunately, are not able to come here on a Tuesday night.
We should have at least 8,000 inside the stadium tomorrow night that will generate a good atmosphere.
CE: Andy Cook got a hat-trick for Walsall against Gillingham on Saturday, and he scored against you on the first day of the season. Is it too simple to say ‘stop him and stop Walsall?’ How important is he to them?
DA: He is an important player for them because he has scored 10 goals this season in the league, and that is obviously something you have to look out for.
But I’m sure that they are looking at Sarcevic, Ladapo, Carey and Lameiras just the same way.
CE: The Argyle fans are enjoying watching those players you have just mentioned, can you enjoy watching them from the sidelines when they play like they did in the second half on Saturday?
DA: They have all been brought to the football club to play attractive football, to get the supporters off their seats.
It’s an entertainment business and I think that we have got a very entertaining team when they are on top of their game.
CE: Just one other thing, is Dan Rooney injured? He did not play for Truro on Saturday.
DA: He had a knee injury. It was just a knock and he should be fit for this weekend coming.

| So that's Ruben gone because just offering him the going rate will immediately drive us into liquidation according to Adams. What a load of crap! That's why we'll always be shit under Adams, Hallett and the brentmare.

| We certainly owe Walsall one, been to their ground 3 or 4 times and weve lost every single time. |

Have said for some time DA is a yes man, pretty obvious Ruben's agent will be on the case about upping his wages in the close season, another Sonny situation coming up, besides if Argo go down, he will be gone anyway. |

| Ruben's agent is quite savvy on twitter, every time he scores or is left out the side there are videos of him scoring. I'm guessing he'll be off, not necessarily to a club in the Championship but maybe to a Luton or Fleetwood or someone. |

Is that a fact then? Anybody that treats any comments on an interview like that as gospel must be mental. |

| Argo cruise out of the bottom 4 and into mid-table with a goal-difference busting 5-0 win. Freddie Ladapo (Janner pronunciation: Leedahhppoze) scores all 5 in a 'come and get me' to Fleetwood Town.
Game on. Wish I was going. |
