| Mr Hallett was asked if DA would now get a boost to his budget and his answer was basically nothing had changed and the club would be run sustainably. I get that but it was a great opportunity to say he would be backing the manager with funds but nothing |

| Lol Community Si, boasts that he's going to carry on with the same policies as the Brentmare, does that mean 10 thousand fans paying top money to watch dogshit fourth division rejects? Think again Si! |

| This 'team' is nowhere good enough for League One.
Hallett has today made it clear him and brent are two cheeks of the same arse and the playing side can go f*** itself.
Looks like my boycott will continue

| What a load of shite team full of movement and shape in the first half followed by a total collapse in the second half. Lucky to draw in the end. Carey just isnt bringing anything to the party this season and it's showing just how reliant we were on him. |

| If Hallett is going to be Brent mark 2 then i resind my early comment of give him a chance as im not going to waste my time anymore.
As for the game, we were ok in the first half, whatever was said to the guys at halftime must have had the reverse effect as they were terrible and were sitting on the 1-0 inviting wycombe to attack the old del bhey tactic that pisses me off a treat as its never worked yet he keeps deploying it so early in games and then offers nothing in response when teams find a break through as the flood gates open then as it nearly did at the death if the goal wasnt disallowed.
lots of work needed but its not a good thing to boast that we always start the season shit due to so much upheaval of the squad then suddenly start performing come late october time. |

| 2nd goal would have killed the game but we wasted a couple of chances. 2nd half we just sat back and invited them on to us |

| Much sharper performance in the first half tonight, well taken goal by Freddie Lad was probably not a realistic reflection of the balance of the match. Couldn't get a second goal to put the game to bed and Wycombe stepped up the pace-inevitably when Akinfenwa came on the equaliser duly came. Proverbial game of two halves really but there were some better performances tonight and overall slightly more encouraging.Desperately need to win on Saturday but the lack of firepower without Carey firing on all cylinders, which i'm sure will happen soon, is all too evident-seem to remember him making a slow start to seasons past but there is no way that he should be left out of the team. Good gate for a Tuesday evening, usually a couple of thousand down but not tonight. |

| I’ve stuck by Adams through all the Brent out stuff But he really needs to sort his tactics out cos he will be the next one out ..shocking 2nd half he set the team up to defend the whole 45mins you can’t do that just offering them wave after wave of attack you can’t do that for 45mins not with our quality of defenders cost em the win and in fact Wycombe could have and should have won it late in the game Del bhey sort it out ffs |

| If anythink carey needs to be dropped it mite give him the kick up the arse he needs terrible performance again tonight and kept give away fouls AGAIN just outside our box that keeps putting us under pressure nearly gave away a pen right at the end diving in again with a similar challenge as Saturday |

| Adams wont get away with another shight start to the season. Even the farm have already started on him. He signed these guys make no mistake. Dropping Taylor and Lamerias from outset of the season is desperation time if you're hoping on getting a team to gell |

| This makes it a shit start to the season, only likely to get worse v Posh & Pompey. Wonder if community Si will see it and finance a loan or two to push us out the mire for the second season running. Bar the keeper, I don't think we have any loanees yet, right? I wonder how hard we've tried. |

| Only surprise is that we actually managed to hang on for a draw. Majorly worrying that we can be so easily outplayed by such a relatively crap team.
On paper, we had a pretty easy start to the season with Walsall, Southend, Cov and Wycombe. 2 points from those possible 12 is shit.
Our total reliance on a fit Taylor and an in-form Carey is glaringly obvious and needs to be addressed by Adams, because no one else is stepping up. |

Budget forbidding it I would expect Mock. Why he hasnt offloaded Ainsworth and Wylde somewhere god alone knows. Dyson is proving to be a dog and clearly Conor Grant even worse. These are Adams signings at the end of the day |

| These are pound land signings still under the Brent austerity budget what the feck do you expect? It gives Brent a much easier ride by resorting to farm tactics ie blame everybody but Brent for the shite budget. |

| The big problem for Adams is that he’s a victim of his own success. Because he constantly over-achieves against the set budget he’ll now always be expected to work his miracles.
Some of this squad may eventually come good but it ain’t pretty at the minute. |

| One thing nobody seems to have mentioned is how dodgy their goal was. Akinfenwa clearly got behind Wootton and nudged him so that he was underneath the ball. To make things worse it looked l they had 3 players offside one of whom the ball ran perfectly to.
I haven't seen a video of it yet and if Wootton got the touch then they would not have been offside but the push was clear enough. |

| Either way franny you can’t excuse that second half performance what ever you say simply unexceptable Maybe whooton did get pushed maybe he didn’t his a big boy im sure he can take it That’s why akenfenwa was put on to disrupt and bully the defence his does it every time plays against us so Adams should know that anyway I think Adams got his tactics all wrong in second half setting up to defend the whole 45mins It cost em the whole 3 points |

| Akinfenwa is like a hugely intelligent bull, very hard to play against. |

| Thing is Akinfenwa didn't out-compete; he committed a clear foul.
There was little Wootton, if it was him, could do because he was airborne at the time. |
