| The Akkeron game is on radio Dem, really can't see us winning this one, sounds like only a matter of time before Sararfend get a second. Very entertaining both managers have been red carded. 9,986 attendence. |

| Not sure how Argyle got a point out of that, must have been because Southend couldn't shoot a fish in a barrel. They probably had at least 15 shots at goal,a few decent saves from Macey but most either whistled just over or wide.Disturbing how Argyle's midfield was overrun throughout the game, like a knife through butter at times-Lameiras as ineffectual as he was for the last 6 games of last season, the others not much better. It would seem strange to someone looking in from the outside that Sawyer and Songoo came on but they did stiffen things up a bit and Argyle had a little more play in the last quarter and even had a shot at goal. Far from convinced about the new full backs, the right back certainly likes to get forward [indeed he won the penalty after Argyle's best move by far of the match involving the only save their keeper had to make] but he also tends to leave oceans of space behind him which was readily exploited at times today. In all truth i didn't like the look of things this afternoon, early days yet but there won't be a Toums to come to the rescue this season so people within the squad will need to cut the mustard and sharpish.Didn't see the managers incident, too busy looking for the cricket score during the break in play. |

| lucky to come away with a point. didnt play well at all squad like its been the case for the previous seasons are struggling to adapt to how each other plays due to their being so many new faces.
Our defence was shocking at times. del bhey deserved his red card no doubt about it as did chris powwell. so overall lacklustre start again. O and stewards are still as shit as ever and i maybe wrong but the prices of food n drink has gone up aswell so thats shows just what the club thinks of those pointless surveys. Plus we seem to be getting bastille shoved down our throats again at the club so i gather the drummer is about again. |

| Woody our famous Argo celebrity supporter.lol. The village mentality prevails, time for Derek and Wotton to earn their money and get the team into a defensive unit. Apparently Sonny is struggling to get into the Luton side, sounds like he was missed today at Gnome Park. |

One good innovation is the provision of another bar within the horseshoe foyer which sells various beers, certainly seemed to alleviate the queues at the main outlet. The price of a cup of tea has gone up to an utterly scandalous £2.50, didn't notice anything to especially paying 30p more than last year for a tea bag and hot water. Queues for the gents looked horrendous at half time, will be even worse if and when crowds get bigger. |

Only Argyle could put in a bar that caters only for lager drinkers. |
