| Something from last night's meeting which will be of interest to those planning to use the official away travel this season.
We understand that for those who wish to continue to enjoy the £3 per trip discount previously given to Plymouth Branch members there will be a £15 membership charge for the season for "season ticket holders", (a 50% increase compared to Plymouth Branch membership) and £25 for "non season ticket holders" (a whopping 150% increase). |

Shameless, small wonder Jimmy wanted to take it in house. |

| Simple. The branch run rival coaches and keep membership and prices the same. People will vote with their feet and ditch the Jimmy cash grabbing service. |

| Citybus are providing HHP parking so you can see how the travel club thing works. Big business scratching each others backs and charging the fans more. |

| To be fair to the club, their saying their keeping the original non members fares the same where possible and that they'll now be offering refunds if the game is postponed at last moment. They'll also guarantee to accommodate everyone who wants to travel regardless of numbers which is something the old branch got cold feet over. There's winners and losers to this, but myself being someone who only uses the coach as a last resort when the train isn't possible, then it works out pretty well as fare prices aren't rising. I've also heard they are also going to start offering a small reduction for kids too which is very welcome. |
