| It's getting like ATDbay around here. Will the donaters be getting a badge? It could say "I got loadsamoney me" just to get the point across. Or maybe "where were you when we raised the money?". |

| Seriously though the banner looks good. I'm not sure about the "alternative" bit. This site should not use another to identify itself. I'd go for "for all Argyle fans everywhere" or similar. |

This is argyletalk Merv, not the farm. Digressing is part of the charm and in any case Punchie and I are allowed, as founder members. We're more equal |

Good point. 100% agree with that. This fans' forum is what it is. It's juxtaposition to pasoti is irrelevant. |

| Absolutely fine. I don't care what it says really. I just think ATD should try to stand up for itself. |

| As folks wish on any additional text aside from the URL. I put the 'alternative...' thing in there as it seemed to the most popular last time this be spoked of. I quite liked Seadog's QR code suggestion (see the dog's avatar - you can point your smartphone at it and it'll take you direct to a URL, which I guess is good if you're in the crowd and haven't the foggiest what argyletalk might be). Will find a font that will accommodate both the the QR code and a short piece of text either side of the URL |

| Nick... At the moment it appears: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] it all appears very similar (a little hard on the eyes?). Did you try it as: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or something similar? If not, could you? Thanks |

| Good spot, Rickler. Mundane fact of the day: Lower case is much easier to read: we recognise words by their shape, which is why it gets confusing if there's two characters in a book with similar length and shape names (Julian and Justin, for example), and why road signs aren't in capitals. |

| I'll add to that. Lower case is the case of choice on the internet, so surely [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] no capitals at all.... lower cas denotes a web address Even oldsters know that. |
