How does Ian Newell have access to CCTV at HP?

As it says on the tin. A lot of Argyle fans I have talked to are already concerned about Nool "volunteering" at the ticket office with his track record. Ian Newell has already harvested the contact details and home addresses of hundreds of fans from the pasoti database to store on his personal pc. Read "The story so far" in the site section and in particular "flickergate."
the latest stickering post with the CCTV image has really set off alarm bells from me. The CCTV image is clearly displayed on a monitor and a photo has been taken with a mobile phone. This raises a few questions,
1) did Newell gain access to a Home Park computer himself whilst "volunteering?"
2) does Newell have some sort of role at Argyle where he is given access to Home Park computers?
3) did someone from the club send the image to Newell?
Maybe I'm missing something here I'm sure there's a very good reason for this.

If that's a photo of CCTV of the GT's suite, I would ask why the club or member of staff is allowing people access to footage? Unless whoever took the photo didn't ask?

Regardless of the merits of any for/against argument.

The same way he has full access to the ticket office computers and database. He can't deny it, he sold me my Cheltenham away last year. He was supposed to have been volunteering to help marshall the queues for non members buying Liverpool tickets but he prompted himself to ticket clerk by the looks of it. He must have harvested some serious data that day alone.

why doesn't the "captured" person make a request to Argyle via a Freedom of Information Request to access the CCTV footage?

They would be entitled to do so under the Data Protection Act (1998) - Section 7: Right of Access to Personal Data. I can't post a link 'cus I am a newbie but Google it.

Within that, I would also ask Argyle to clarify their policy on who has legitimate access and how images have been able to be released into the public domain.

I fear IJN's enthusiasm to 'finger' someone for stickering has probably opened up a gargantuan hornet's nest his tiny mind cannot probably fathom now he has gone and done this and put a photo out there.......

Difficult as Nool is the club owners gatekeeper and enforcer.

If Newel has genuinely put a cctv image from the club online, then any complaints should be directed to the Information Commissioners Office. On the face it this would seem to be a major data protection breach and could land the club, Newell, and whichever club employee gave him the image in some seriously hot and expensive water.
I'd just caution that with Newells record of dishonesty and underhand behaviour, I'd want proof that this is a genuine image first, and not just the Fat Controller being a twat as usual.

Nothing to see here, Nool was helping out the GT's and he helped himself to it off someone's iPad he says. Not given to him by the GTs so I'm guessing he stole it really?

The Pasoti Sticker about as popular as a shit sandwich!!   The Brent Out Stickers, as used by the Brent Out resistance movement, seem very popular though.
