| All going on in the Brentbubble innit, particularly as the clock is ticking towards 2020 and he has a roof to fix yet, still he and silent Si have managed to move a few portakabins. Rats and sinking ships and all that ? Coming together nicely. |

| Sacked by Brent simple as. Dressed like a total slob in jeans who clearly had been drooling in the Fleetwood photos where he was on official duty. Even Brent couldnt tolerate that and I agree with him |

| Had my run-ins with Martyn but have to say that he is a football man through and through. Let's not be too hasty in judging before the next appointee arrives - just hoping that the great longing to be Exeter Chiefs doesn't lead to the appointment of a rugby man. |

Does Brent tolerate wanking in the boardroom though? Surely that’s worse than a bit of drool? |

Just imaging that - while Texas Ted with the funny shaped head cheers him on giving out a big fake yank 'yeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw'. |

How many people who are sacked keep working at the club until the new guy comes in? |

| I think this photo is a smoke screen, Starnes was Brent's man though and though. There has been a deep divide that as surface and I believes he has walked. |

| It's Smarmes call to resign.
THE Plymouth Argyle Board of Directors has received notice from Martyn Starnes that he intends to stand down as the club's Chief Executive Officer.
Now is his resignation the result of a fallout with Brent? Has he been forced into a corner? Position untenable? Or has he realised he's more at his level overseeing a traditionally non-league outfit, like Yeovil?
The statement from the club is very 'matter of fact', with certainly no gushing praise and no 'with deep regret the Board have accepted Smarmes resignation' etc etc.
With luck, this'll be the first  significant step in a Boardroom House of Cards. |
