| This seems like a regurgitation from last year when Brent was talking about adding a female to the Board. That search obviously fell flat on its face and now they’ve had to actually advertise via a third party for someone that ticks the box. Pretty desperate. | Brent quoted in the article....
it's exactly the same process as if it was for a job, other than for the fact that we are not proposing to pay people. |

| Why does Brent find these things so difficult? Whether it’s investors, directors or constructors, there doesn’t seem to be a stampede of people willing to be involved with him. |

| Looking at it again, it would appear being an Argyle fan or even a football fan isn’t high up on the criteria checklist. Just as long as you’re either female or ethnic minority, and are willing to work for the good of the club, for fook all as recompense.
Nauseating. |

So 6 months after Two directors with expertise in Marketing (Jones) Human Resources (Felwick) announced their intention to step down, Brent has carried out what he calls a "skills audit" and discovered he needs expertise in Marketing and Human Resources. The man is clearly a genius, no wonder he has been such a successful businessman

Nauseating. Doesnt even ask if they have money to invest which is hat the club needs more than anything instead of trying to appease pressure groups and tick demographic boxes. |

Paul is an expert in retail don't forget! So not the HR or Marketing guru that is missing from the Directors Box. There's only one appointment that would make me consider such drastic action. I think we all know who that would be. |

Nobody picked him up on a joke he tried on PASOTI the other day. I forget what meaningless drivel thread it was but he said something like 'As football advisor to the Board' and continued with some funny stuff. I'm sure he wrote that to get a bite, being the King Troll that he is. I'm also sure that this will get back to him that I've seen and commented on his shit comment. Still, he'll be smarting over the new Ebay account selling a coffee cup for £20 as they take the piss out of certain individuals. |

| Barcelona FC and Green Bay Packers NFL club seem to be doing ok as publicly owned and controlled entities. Perhaps we should ask an ex-Carillion director to hop on board to complement Brent's undoubted trading genius. |

Not to mention the entirety of German professional football too. Still it's not like Germany ever does anything in world football, is it? Bloody also-rans. |

It wasn't meant to be a bitchy comment....more pithy I suppose. Must make myself clearer in future in distinguishing bitch from pith. |
