| Back the FOOKIN manager with enough cash to repay the support shown by the 10 thousand odd fans that not only saved the club to springboard your Millbay and HHP property development schemes but continue to support the club through thick and thin. With the extra cup run money from last uear and huge gates for this league there is no excuse now, cough up or fook off and let somebody else have a go. |

Excellent post bhey, if Brent and the gang dont back the manager now could they please explain where the money from ten thousand punters every week goes? plus the "disappeared Liverpool money". |

With the extra cup run money from last uear and huge gates for this league there is no excuse now, cough up or fook off and let somebody else have a go. This, with bells on. Although you know it’ll fall on deaf ears, right until it’s blindingly obvious that he can’t get the ‘investment partners’ for clusterfuck 2. Once this development falls through, that’s when I suspect he’ll high-tail it out of Dodge and leave the Lifelong-fan-who-nobody-had-heard-of-til-recently-and-was-nowhere-to-be-seen-when-we-were-in-administration-and-really-needed-£5million, Simon Hallett, to pick up the pieces. |

Both Refurbishment and Clusterfuck2 are in deep trouble already |

| Am awaiting the next quivering lip interview on 'Spotlight' to explain the complex reasons behind the inevitable development delays.

| I think we are going to get some great Lord Jim entertainment in the new year, as you say bulbous nose, plummy accent, quivering lip, fantasy speak and an array of excuses - looking forward to it. Ah ha what could possibly go wrong in Brentworld, what with all those investors queuing up to get in on this great development opportunity. |

| Article on the BBC news last night looking at why "developers" across the country aren't building enough housing, and guess what the problem is ? LAND BANKING. No surprise there. They're all getting the appropriate planning permissions and then banking the uplift for a rainy day. And of course, they're all blaming the local council concerned for the non appearance.

| Plenty of "unforeseen circunstances" with a nice dollop of Bullshit Pie, will be forthcoming from the Non Developer, i think 2018 will be a Comedy Classic year from the Ring Master. |

I think you could be right, Suffs. Extra popcorn supplies already ordered due to the predicted Janner wide shortage. |

| I believe the mankover will happen as there's money waiting to get a bigger return than it has at present. But it will cost will be a lot more than billed... A nice tame well behaved mortgagee. A bit like renting a house to yourself as an earner. The rest of HHP, I can't see that happening under the banker's control. It doesn't make business sense, just land banking sense. |

Goes without saying Crapshack2 will never be started under the potless Brent but dont be to sure that even the refurb will even start.... At the moment Brent needs to find am very reliably informed an extra £2.2 million and that DOESNT include the extra million for the roof |

| I'm sure extra debt can be heaped onto the club if the balance sheet can take it. Just a question of securitising it. Of course, one answer would be for the club to sell the corners of the stadium for a Plymouth price to that lovely pair of bankers. That would raise a couple of pounds for PAFC to pay them a bit "extra"..... a classic "there's no alternative, we are where we are" routine. It could just happen, with the usual collaborators agreeing at every stage. |

Maybe the AFT could get Brent to go on record now and rule it out. And funnily enough Postey only mentioned yesterday that another ground has a health centre in the corner it's becoming the 'norm' nowadays according to Buttivants cheerleader. |
