| THE Senior Greens have managed to raise a £4,300 towards a new electronic information board for Home Park.
The Senior Greens donation does not cover all of the £8,000 cost but Jane Hallett, wife of Argyle Vice Chairman Simon Hallett, has also agreed to pay the balance of the cost. The new board will be located outside the Devonport end and will help the Green Army with up to date match-day information.
David_Fisher With my Plymouth Supporters Branch hat on can I say that we put a sizeable chunk towards the £4,300, as did other supporters groups, it's not all Senior Greens.
Now it down to Plymouth Branch, PACSA, Green Taverners, 50/50 and PASLB. |

They don't have to be the best brand of TV. Otherwise, you're going to have hundreds of supporters gathering around one poxy screen. FFS.

| As long as brent didn't have to part with a single penny, that's the main thing. |

Was just gonna say the same. If I were the millionaire Chairman and Owner of a football club, I'd be unbelievably embarrassed by things like this. We are run like a non-league outfit, passing the begging bowl around. Brent really has no shame. |

| A normal owner would have invested in the clubs infrastructure to upgrade the ground, but then this is Brent world - keep the buckets a rattling, pass me the paintbrush. |

| Wouldn't it be a nice gesture for fans to chip in for a nice gift to thank Mr Brent for all he's doing for us? |

| Perhaps it's going to be used at the entrance to the car park to indicate how many spaces are left.. |

Yes its basically an advertising board to attract attention to up and coming games at home park and such. Others have paid as per usual for it but im sure brent as per usual didnt pay a penny for it will have already thought of ways to coin it in by selling advertising space on the board especially of those involved in the cluster feck ruining the good intentions senior greens had with board. |

Brent really has no shame. Congratulations to the Senior Greens and Jane Hallett for their generosity. It's definitely embarrassing though. There seems to be no end to Brent's parsimony and that's very unappealing a trait for someone who talks of schemes that start at £100m and is running a club with a turnover of £6m. If the club is so short of cash it can't find a measly few thou we're in worse trouble than even the most pessimistic of us realise. |

| With my PACSA hat on, I was approached by one of the Senior Greens committee who was trying to gauge opinion from other supporters groups if we would like to donate towards this information board. As a committee, we were unanimous in agreement to make a donation towards this scheme. Thanks to Jane Hallett for matching the donations from the supporters groups.
Of course, part of me personally thinks that the club should have done something like this a long time ago, even Truro and St Austell have information boards outside of their grounds advertising the next matches and kick off times!
But as the lead person said, we the supporters were here a long time before the current regime, and will be here a long time afterwards too. |

| Just an idea but amongst the clubs fans there must be people who could, operate turnstiles, sell programmes, mow the pitch, serve food, wait at tables, pick litter, as volunteers, it would save James a bit of cash? |

Don't forget the DIY yes, I'm sure I've missed loads, and these offices will need cleaners, hotel workers, restaurants, surely there's no need for James to be paying wages? |
